Common Installation Hurdle: Initial Connection Failure

Due to increased fraudulent activities and abuse of our free trial versions, we have strengthened our security measures. Our updated anti-fraud system now binds each license uniquely to a specific piece of hardware, permitting activation only once per computer. This approach blocks the use of virtual machines and VPS for activation, as they typically share hardware IDs, violating our licensing agreement. To activate your software smoothly, please install it on a physical machine, ensuring a secure and fair environment for all users.

Other Potential Issues

Invalid License Key

Problem: The key may be incorrect or expired.
Solution: Double-check the key's accuracy and ensure it is still valid. If problems continue, please contact support.

Valid Key, Yet Errors Persist

Problem: Despite entering a correct key, errors occur due to stringent anti-fraud measures.
Solution: Our trial version links the key to your PC's hardware ID to prevent misuse. Please use the key on the originally intended machine.

Mac/Linux Users Interested in Testing

Problem: The trial version is exclusively for Windows.
Solution: To use our software on different operating systems, consider purchasing the full source code.
